Returns

At this time, ALL sales are final. Only in the case of defective items, we will consider issuing a refund. Since we are strictly against wasteful production, we try and optimise our inventory as efficiently as possible. concerns regarding any products.
In case of any damage to the product(s), please refer to our exchange policy.

NOTE: COD Orders: Rs 150 advance payment required, non-refundable. Refused deliveries will not be refunded. Please confirm before placing your order.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective/damaged. In such cases, our policy of free shipping will apply for the replacement. Send us an email at mellowmonkeyofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product(s) and our team will review your request and get back to you.

For all exchanges, we reserve the right to accept or decline your exchange request.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
